About the Reunion

A family of faith that has gathered every year since 1997.

Our history

The Effort Baptist Church & Friends Reunion USA was established to preserve the rich spiritual heritage, fellowship, and lifelong friendships that were nurtured through Effort Baptist Church. What began as a gathering of former members, families, and friends has grown into a cherished annual tradition that brings together generations of individuals connected by faith, shared memories, and a deep love for the church community.

For decades, the reunion has served as a bridge between the past and the future, reconnecting former members and friends who have settled throughout the United States and around the world. Through worship services, fellowship activities, community outreach, family gatherings, and special recognition programs, the reunion celebrates the enduring legacy of Effort Baptist Church and the values upon which it was founded.

More than an event

The Effort Baptist Church & Friends Reunion USA is more than an event. It is a family. It provides an opportunity to honor the sacrifices and contributions of past church leaders, remember loved ones who have gone before us, and inspire younger generations to continue the traditions of faith, unity, service, and Christian fellowship.

Today, the reunion continues to grow as members and friends gather annually to strengthen relationships, share testimonies, celebrate achievements, and reaffirm their commitment to God, family, and community. United by a common heritage and a shared vision, the Effort Baptist Church & Friends Reunion USA remains dedicated to preserving its history while building a stronger future for generations to come.
